Arielle Fleischer

DNP, APN, FNP-BC

Arielle is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, credentialed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Rutgers University. She currently practices in both aesthetic medicine at BeYouth Med Spa and advanced therapeutic endoscopy at Morristown Medical Center.

Arielle’s passion for skincare and aesthetics led her to pursue a career solely focused on aesthetic nursing while completing her graduate studies. During this time, she gained hands-on experience by shadowing leading aesthetic nurses and physicians, which ignited her deep passion for helping individuals feel more confident in their own skin.

Blending her expertise in traditional medicine with her artistic eye for aesthetics, Arielle is dedicated to delivering natural, subtle results that enhance each patient’s unique beauty. Her approach is grounded in a deep understanding of anatomy and a commitment to achieving refined, balanced outcomes that help men and women feel their best, both inside and out.

Anna is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Aesthetics and Functional Medicine. Anna is a proud mom of 2 daughters and one French Bulldog named Lola. In her free time, Anna loves skiing or traveling to white-sand beaches. Anna is a patient and compassionate professional who loves to make others feel beautiful inside and out. Jillian Casolaro

Aesthetician

Jillian graduated from Montclair State University with a BA in Marketing and Management. She worked in luxury travel before pursuing her aesthetics career. She has always had a true passion for all things skin related, which inspired her to make a career change to become a Licensed Esthetician. Jillian is committed to helping her patients achieve their skin goals by creating a custom treatment plan that focuses on a combination of professional in-office treatments and a medical grade home-care regimen. Jillian is experienced in HydraFacials, chemical peels, and dermaplaning.

Lauren is a proficient and self-driven seasoned aesthetician. With 15 years of experience in building long-term professional relationships with clients and satisfying their needs, Lauren is committed to staying abreast of all the latest advanced skin care treatments and techniques. Lauren is certified in dermaplaning, hydrafacials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, waxing, IPL, european facials, laser hair removal and Rezenerate NanoFacial. Lauren loves helping clients feel beautiful in their own skin, which is the most rewarding feeling for her.

Elana is a registered nurse practicing aesthetic medicine. Becoming a nurse injector was a natural path for me, driven by my passion for both nursing and helping others feel confident in their own skin. Elana has always been fascinated by the intersection of science and beauty, and aesthetic medicine offers a unique way to combine my medical expertise with my creative side.

As a nurse injector, Elana loves how every procedure is tailored to the individual, allowing her to make a meaningful impact with subtle yet powerful results.
